New construction in the LEWISBURG school district by one of the county's finest, custom homebuilder, Desoto Construction, LLC. No mass production here, this builder is actually on site daily to ensure things are done right! Situated on a 3.72 acre lot, this home is a craftsman style with an open concept floor plan. Stained concrete floors throughout downstairs and large rooms with large closets make this an ideal family home. Some upgrades include: a stone fireplace with gas logs, cedar trim and built-in cedar bookcases; a salon master bath with a whirlpool tub and separate shower with three shower heads, a custom kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless appliances, a huge walk-in pantry, a pot-filler, a REAL vent hood that is vented to the outside. In the laundry room, there are additional cabinets and a free standing utility sink. Outdoors you are surrounded by nearly 4 acres of privacy and you have a view of the neighbor's horses. You can watch the sunrise from your front porch and the sunset from your covered patio. There is also a side porch and a friends entrance. Estimated completion date is mid October. If you hurry, you can select paint color, carpet, granite and light fixtures within builder's allowances.
