From a muti generational family of military members, where moving every couple years was the way of life- each time meant a refreshing new start for me! Going from being an Army brat of 18 years to marrying my high school sweetheart and spending 20 years as an army wife, it was no surprise when my soul was longing for a change of pace. Real estate is only a small portion of my story but it is one I look on with pride and with a sense of grounding in my ever-changing life. Purchasing real estate changed our lives and I am committed to passing along what we've learned along the way.
With 15 years' experience buying and selling our own homes (7, yes 7- in just 15 years) and serving the military communities I was blessed to call home, I took pride to be able to serve those who serve by helping them also find a sense of home in an unfamiliar place. I have sold 100s of homes in my career among 3 different states, but it's not something I brag about but something I give God the glory for and am humbled to have been able to serve my communities in that capacity.
Tennessee and the land of country music have been calling for years, so after my husband retired and was hired by a local Memphis area fire department, we knew it was our "Butterfly Season". And now we are flying with our little piece of paradise among the hardworking farmers and homesteaders- just outside of the city limits- hoping we too can build a life full of simplicity with the yearning to do things "the old fashion way".
